What is Beeteller Pay?

Beeteller Pay is Beeteller's payment gateway. Through it, companies and online businesses can receive payments for products and services offered digitally or via app. Through Beeteller Pay, it is possible to connect dozens of different banks and acquirers within the same gateway, in this way, seller and/or customer can select the best payment processing options.

How does a Payment Gateway work?

Through our payment gateway, we provide an API that can be connected to your business or application. On our platform, you choose which acquirer (card processor) you want to connect, among several options (Rede, Cielo, Stone, Getnet, Picpay, etc.), or Bank Slip (Boleto) or PIX processing banks (Bradesco, Beeteller and others). Once the banks and acquirers have been chosen, you can process the payments. It is possible to choose more than one option and direct what each one should process.

What payment methods are available on Beeteller Pay?

Boleto Bancário, Pix and Credit Card. Credit cards can be paid in cash or in installments. Payment methods are related to the acquirer hired by the company and made available on our platform.

First steps: what should I do?

Your company must have a prior contract or relationship with an acquirer or bank to provide the payment service. Example: Already have a contract with Cielo, Rede, Getnet, etc. With this contract already in hand, you must register with Beeteller to make the Payment Gateway available. Once that's done, we'll make the API available for integration and that's it! You can start receiving your payments however and with which partner you prefer.

What are the processing costs and receipt deadlines?

This will depend on the payment method used and the acquirer of your choice. Beeteller may not have a relationship with the acquirer used, therefore the negotiation of costs and receipt deadlines are the acquirer's responsibility and this information must be consulted directly with the partner.

How does payment routing work?

Payment routing is an automated system that allows you to direct who should process your payment and in what volume. You can plug different card and bank slip processors into our gateway and say the percentage of payment processing for each one. Example: Acquirer “A” processes 60% of payments and Acquirer “B” processes 40% of payments via credit card. Bank “A” processes 50% and Bank “B” 50% of payments via Bank Slip or PIX.

What is the advantage of payment routing?

There are many advantages. The main ones relate to economy, autonomy and greater security. When you direct the payment percentages to each acquirer, you can, for example, control the costs of that processing. We know how much card fees can impact the profitability of the business, so we leave it to you to direct how much each of the acquirers will process in relation to the sales of your platform, giving you more autonomy and more control of the costs with fees. From a security point of view, this provides your business with protection against possible drops and processing errors. If something happens to your bank or acquirer, the payment processing is sent to another in seconds. The end user does not even notice these directions and makes the payment simply and quickly.

Which banks and acquirers are approved on the platform?

There are dozens of banks and acquirers approved on our platform, including: Rede, Cielo, Stone, Getnet, Sicredi, Sicoob, Adiq, Pagseguro, GlobalPayments, PicPay, Itáu, Bradesco and Beeteller itself, which offers bank slips and PIX processing.
